Paul Millsap posted a heartfelt farewell to Atlanta and the Hawks organization.

Paul Millsap is set to join the Denver Nuggets after blossoming into an All-Star player during his four-year stint with the Atlanta Hawks, which followed seven solid seasons as a member of the Utah Jazz.
On his way out of Atlanta, the 32-year-old forward, who signed a 3-year, $90 million deal with the Nuggets, took to Instagram to post a farewell to the city and issue a heartfelt note of gratitude to Hawks fans for their support.
“Tried to find the words to better help explain how much the fans and the city of Atlanta has meant to me but words can not explain it,” Millsap writes. “From an average Joe to a 4 time All [Star]. Atlanta I could not have done it without you. Thank you for an amazing 4 years! Thank you for embrace me and my family and for always having my back. I will always hold a special place in my heart for you.
Millsap was named to the Eastern Conference All-Star squad in each of his four seasons with the Hawks, averaging 17.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.2 blocks in 297 games.
