Oaks & Spokes: Raleigh Cat

It’s that time again! This year’s Raleigh Cat will be a more traditional style alley cat involving addresses and carrying items. Race for fun — or for glory — the choice is yours! All ages and skill levels are going to have a good time regardless; the race is only as serious as you make it.

Participants will be asked to carry several items (nothing too crazy!) from checkpoint to checkpoint in order to advance through to the finish. Each checkpoint will have a variety of activities to complete before advancing.

*****Be sure to bring a lock and a method of carrying small items (e.g. backpack, basket, rack, friend); they will be required to participate in this race! Helmets are strongly encouraged.*****

The finish line will be at Drink Drank Drunk (905 W Morgan St) with an after party to follow. Prizes and post race shenanigans will take place shortly thereafter.

Participants may stop the race at any time to go to the after party; you must finish the entire manifest to win.

Registration will open at 1:30, with the race beginning at 2:30. The cut off to reach the finish line with your completed manifest is 5:30pm.
